Mr. Johnson's success in investment marketing includes over 15 years of experience preparing Private Placement Memorandums (PPM), financial proposals, business plans, due diligence packages and S-1s in order to bring startup companies to the investment capital stage and beyond.
Prior to InCuBUD, Inc., Mr. Johnson co-founded Imagine Ventures, L.L.C., an early stage venture capital company and continues to serve as its Vice President. Prior to InCuBUD, Inc., Mr. Johnson was President of Awareness Investment Group, a Colorado based Investment Marketing Firm.
Mr. Johnson has extensive knowledge in all areas of business development with a particular emphasis in strategic marketing. His most recent experience includes assisting innovative companies including MentorU.com, Inc., Mintaka Technology, Inc., Endovasc, Ltd., Inc., (OTCBB:ENDV), Strategic Healthcare Systems, Inc., CBHT, Inc. in building their strategic marketing and financial plans.

Prior to Netfish, Mr. Churchill served as the Western Regional Director for Legato Systems, Inc., as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Contact International Corporation, Inc. Kat Fawthrop owner of Kat Design has been part of the San Diego design community for over 15 years. Her diverse client base includes health care, book publishing, travel and tourism, technology, retail/merchandising, non-profit entities, and small businesses.
Ms. Fawthrop prides herself on having an “eclectic” style which she believes translates into designs that focus on the client’s needs and marketing objectives. Kat Design provides services ranging from concept, design, art direction, copywriting and print management. Mr. Stephen Monaco

Stephen Monaco currently serves as CEO of Charisma Technologies, a software engineering company. Prior to Charisma Technologies, Mr. Monaco was Chief Internet Officer for iZoom, Inc. as well as co-founder of Datastorm Technologies, Inc. During his 13-year tenure with Datastorm, he served as VP of Marketing, co-CEO and Director. Mr. Monaco's creative marketing prowess was the driving force behind the world's best-selling PC data communications software of all time: ProComm and PROCOMM PLUS. Mr. Monaco successfully built Datastorm from its start-up phase, defined company strategies, and led it through 40 consecutive profitable quarters of growth peaking to $50 million in annual revenue in 1996. Datastorm was acquired by Quarterdeck Corporation in 1996 for $71 million. Stephen Monaco also simultaneously held the position of Managing Director for Datastorm Technologies, Ltd. in Cambridge, England. Mr. Monaco was educated at MIT (Missouri Institute of Technology), the University of Missouri and completed his undergraduate studies at a private technical institute in Los Angeles with a B.S. equivalent in Magnetic Recording Engineering. Stephen Monaco is listed as an expert in Internet and technology marketing in the 1999 Yearbook of Experts, Authorities & Spokespersons.

Kimberly Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan is currently the President of Z Strategies, Inc. an independent licensing agent that negotiates contracts with manufacturers who pay licensing fees and royalties to use Z Strategies' clients' artwork and brands on their merchandise. In December of 2000, Ms. Sullivan was recognized by trade magazine, License!, as one of its 40-under-40 licensing leaders who've had the most impact on the industry. Her latest licensing project, a product line for the Christian market called Wee Witness, climbed to the top of the retail market generating more than $6 million in wholesale revenues in just under two years. Her success has led her to be placed in the ranks of licensing gurus Warner Bros. and Disney.
Prior to founding Z Strategies, Ms. Sullivan was the President of Kleine Kinder, an infant products manufacturer that she eventually sold to her investors. While with Kleine Kinder, Ms. Sullivan developed, patented and brought to market over 40 infant products, distributed through channels such as Toys "R" Us, Inc., Wal-Mart, Target and others.

Mr. White has over 16 years experience in the medical supplies and pharmaceutical industry. He is President of Instromedix, Inc., is a world leader in telecardiology, specializing in non-invasive, portable cardiac event monitoring and pacemaker follow-up systems. Prior to Instromedix, he served as Corporate VP for ALARIS Medical Systems and was responsible for worldwide Business Development. Mr. White has held a variety of senior management positions in marketing and distribution, and Business Development. Additional experience includes leading two major business start-ups.
