some instances, operate businesses that satisfy unmet market needs.
Most of our clients are pre-IPO companies seeking assistance in
developing their business models and plans, in order to raise
investment capital, prepare for an IPO or attract a strategic

| Our
History |
InCuBUD was established
in 1999 for the purpose of assisting companies in all areas of
business development. The history of InCuBUD actually dates back to
the mid-80s where the founders began their careers as product
managers. For over 15 years, the founders brought various technology
products to market for Sony Corporation, Fujitsu Systems of America
and a number of other high-tech companies. The team also gained
valuable consulting experience building business models and creating
due diligence documentation that ultimately helped companies raise
over $120 million in early stage equity capital.
This valuable product management experience, combined with existing
investment community relationships, technology partnerships, and an
unrelenting drive to build a successful portfolio of companies, was
the foundation on which InCuBUD was built. |
